Since 2008 we have had our RV's repaired and maintained at Triangle RV Centre. This most recent experience entailed quite a large repair that required their expertise and depth of knowledge. Once agin they did not disappoint. The job was excellent, completed on time and slightly less than the estimate. Through the years some of the staff has changed but their quality and workmanship has always maintained their high standard. Thank-you Shannon, Chris and the rest of the team.

Triangle RV has donated an RV for a week for several years to be used as part of the support for the Canadian Cancer Society, Tour de Rock which raises funds for paediatric cancer, and helps sends kids to Camp Good Times. This year (2024), I had the opportunity to pick up and operate the RV for the week while the Tour was in the North Island. The team at Triangle RV did an exemplary job of identifying the size and type of RV we would need, and the amenities that would be required for the team of bicycle riding fundraisers to have a safe place to seek shelter. The RV supplied exactly what was needed. I can't express enough how friendly , knowledgable and thorough the staff and management were. The pre trip rental agreement walk about and teaching points were clear and comprehensive and made it simple for me to take off with confidence. During the week in the North Island the RV was invaluable and was a beacon for the riders to look forward to for snacks, and respite from the weather and get some snacks. Return of RV was also seamless. Timing for insurance coverage was short, and the staff volunteered to come in on a Sunday for me to return the RV. Thank you to the team at Triangle RV. I will be referring my friends and family to you without hesitation.

Rarely if ever have I had such a seamless awesome experience!! I had come in to Triangle RV a few years ago for accessories and was tended too very well and cheerfully and left feeling great. Fast forward 2 years later and we were on lot and Jason came over to help and was never pushy. He was super tentative to our needs and questions. When I emailed him, he responded very quick to my requests and extra questions. Then I chatted with Chanel who did all financing. She went over every questions or concerns we had and we signed with very much peace of mind and great terms. Immediately afterwards Chanel had John meet with me who reviewed the trailer features and safety "need to knows" and answered all my questions I had rewritten without rushing me. All were very sweet and accommodating and knowledgeable. Very seamless and fantastic service I had never experienced top to bottom! I'm a lifer for sure!!!

5 stars seem too low for the great experience and the quality of service we received. They deseve 10/10 in all categories from cleanliness, ease of booking, customer service, check in and check out experience. This is my third time renting an RV from them and I've always been very impressed with the quality of their units, their attention to the details, and their great customer service. As an RV owner but first time renter, I was skeptical that we could be made to feel as comfortable in a rented vehicle as we do in our own, but Triangle exceeded our expectations on every level. First and foremost, the '22 model year vehicle we rented was pristine clean and in top notch shape. Candice was a pleasure to work with in the shop when we arrived, Eddie was terrific on the walk-thru and return, and Wendy was excellent with all the rental communications via email, both prior and afterwards. Great place to rent an RV. Staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I got a great walk-through from John before we left for our vacation. That was amazing RV rental experience with Triangle RV! * RV : It was super clean. It seems recently renovated, so no doubt about cleaness. There were minor chips inside of RV such as cabinet door. But many people using the unit so it's fine. * Communication : Usaually I communicated with Wendy. She's reply is always prompt and support is really helpful. If you have any question, don't hesitate to contact to them. * Rental cost : No stress on rental cost. Not too much expensive and no hidden fee. I was there in off season so that at the middle of October. So I would say rental cost was acceptable for Class C motorhome. I tried to reserve RV on website and paid for full amount of rental cost. But she gave me an additional discount. I guess that difference came from the cost difference between high season and off season. I don't know exact reason but the thing is that they simply can ignore it from their sales revenue point of view. But they didn't. I really appreciate to them to make great holiday in Victoria.

Triangle RV went above and beyond arranging financing for us with a dealer in Ontario so that we could get the RV model we wanted brought over without flying to Ontario. We worked with Chanel who was open, honest, friendly, and professional. She made a rather complicated process as smooth as possible and always made herself available for questions. After we got the RV she emailed to make sure everything had gone smoothly and to reiterate that we could ask questions any time. Absolutely top notch customer service! She made it clear she was on our side by making all the costs explicit and doing everything in her power to accommodate our strange arrangement without ever pushing for us to buy one of their RV models instead.

After traveling from Alberta, my family and I had barely left the ferry when a wheel bearing failed on our trailer. I contacted Triangle and limped it into their facility After Hours. Shannon had waited around for us, John was on his way home but turned around and followed us in. They got us set up with power and everything else we needed for the night. The next day they got us set up with a rental as the replacement axle was going to be several days. Hat's off to Shannon, John and the entire team at Triangle for helping us salvage our summer holiday and getting us back on the road.

I love this place they always have the parts I need and if I can't find them someone always helps me cheerfully. We have water restrictions where I live so it's handy they have a wash bay that's designed for larger vehicles so I can make my towtruck shiny again.

Triangle RV has been my go-to service center since 2015 when I moved to Victoria. I've had a range of issues with my two different trailers over the years, and I have found their experience with RV repair to be excellent. They've provided inexpensive DIY options at times, as well as comprehensive repairs (like when I lost the battle with that darn tree that jumped out at me!). I highly recommend Triangle RV for parts and service. They have a wonderful assortment of new RV's on the lot as well.

My experience with Triangle RV has been very positive. 2 x we had issues with our pop up travel trailer and tow vehicle brake controller... and they stepped up and solved the issues fast. Once on our way out for a long weekend of camping our lift cable snapped... they stayed late to fix it and get us back on the road. Like 3 or 4 people stayed after closing to ensure we were good to go. Always appreciate a dedicated team.

My partner and I had been looking for a Class B Motor home for several months when we met Bill MacMunn at Triangle RV. He treated us like we were his No. 1 clients. His response to emails was quick and some even after hours. We had very specific requirements given our storage ability which required physically measuring units down to the inch. Bill went out of his way to measure each unit we were considering. Our interests then turned to a travel trailer. Again we had to go through the same process which Bill accommodated without question. Unfortunately we did not purchase a unit from Bill however he continued his professionalism throughout which did not go unnoticed. There are a lot of RV and trailer companies on the island. When searching for my unit I dipped my toe into many companies. Triangle Rv is the only one that go above and beyond to try to get you what you need. Their service department is second to none. However I warn you, Shannon loves to talk! So you might be there a little while..😉😉

Very helpful RV Care location. Shannon and the team at Triangle RV communicated with our seller quickly and ordered in all the parts. We were able to leave the unit for a few extra days in their lot which was very nice of them while we were exploring the island. All repairs were done, sensors fixed, and tires patched. I would definitely recommend this location if you need anything repairs or serviced with your RV/travel trailer.

Triangle RV has a lot of accessories and replacement parts for your recreational vehicle. I bought a really nice propane fire pit from Triangle RV. I would definitely recommend one of those. You could use the fire pit at your condo on a balcony, Camping, tailgate parties, your backyard, even at public parks. The fire pits are currently on sale. Go on down and get yourself one. It beats having to handle wet wood and also beats getting fines from bylaws, plus it turns on at the twist of a knob and a click of the switch.

We purchased a 2019 Winnebago Class A from Triangle, knowing there would be the inevitable teething pains requiring warranty attention. We have very high expectations and am very happy to say Triangle worked with us on the original sale and follow on work. Fun to deal with Jason one of the sale people very professional and straight shooter

Basic selection RVs and fifth wheels and converted trucks the shop had lots of supplies for RVs and you would expect sales staff was attentive but not pressuring you can go and look at everything and see what looks good on you if I need to do. They had more converted converted van RVs than anyone else.

These people, especially Candice, could write a book on great customer service if they weren't so busy giving GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I, or my wife, called Candice several times before our pickup to ask questions about what we needed for our trip and what to expect on arrival. Candice joyfully answered all our questions and never made us seem like we were wasting her time. Due to a scheduling error on my part, she even stayed late to get us ready to go on our adventure. She gave us her personal cell phone number if we had any problems, of which there were none. She gave my 5 and 7 year old little presents for their trip and even dropped us off at the airport when we turned in the RV. I cannot say enough good things about Candice or Triangle RV.

I went here for the car wash. First time., Will definitely go back. It's a no-frills kind of place and easily half the price of other car washes: $2 gets you a full 5 minutes of spray - which is a long time compared to anywhere else I've used! It's hand operated, not a drive-thru automatic wash. Also unlike other fancier car washes, you don't get to choose 10 different options. Here you have just 3 choices: wash, rinse, or wax. It takes .25¢ quarters, $1 loonies, or $2 toonies. It's located just north of Slegg Lumber in the Sidney Industrial Park area. There are just 2 bays. No garbage cans or clips to hang up your floor mats. There is 1 vacuum station as well.

Always straight shooters they do what they say and say what they do. Just had my winterizing done on time and expertly carried out.

Triangle RV: September 5-12, 2017 My wife and I had the pleasure of the use of a rental RV from Triangle RV Center in Sidney. The RV was a Winnebago Spirit 22. The staff were so welcoming (Candice), and as always did a professional job of acquainting us with all the features of the unit we were going to be travelling in. The instructions were clear, concise, and informative. Any questions we had about how things worked were quickly and completely answered. Candice also gave us her number and assured us we could call or text her with any concerns or questions and she would get back to us as quickly as possible. The RV was immaculate (it even had that new RV smell) and performed flawlessly. It was a pleasure to drive and maneuver and was exactly what we needed for the 6 days we spent dry camping at the Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association. We were conservative with our water use and used the facilities on site to shower a few times but didn’t worry too much about emptying the large water tank in the unit, we were also careful about grey water disposal and again didn’t have to worry, it was easy to check the levels of any of the tanks with the press of a button. The RV also had a generator which we would start up in the early evenings when we got back from the range to run the air conditioning, which was a welcome relief after spending long, hot days in the sun with temperatures in the mid 30’s. Late evenings spent socializing at “Camp Triangle” were made brighter with the awesome LED lighting on the inside edge of the power awning which was quite the hit with our fellow campers. Once set up with the slider out, we had more than enough room for us and all of our gear, the layout inside was very functional as well as attractive, loved the mosaic tile behind the stove, such a nice detail! With a complete kitchen, including 3 burner stove and oven, good sized fridge and large freezer, microwave and double sink it was easy to prepare food for the potluck dinners we shared with friends. The bathroom in the unit was also well equipped with a large shower, good storage and enough room that it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bed was roomy, comfortable and easy to access from either side thanks to the slide, there were convenient places to put books and alarm clocks, nice reading lights and there were even ports (12v and USB) built into the nightstand to charge electronic devices. This RV had lots of storage, both inside and in the exterior compartments, it was easy to find room for everything from our BBQ, clothing and food to our gun bags. Everything about this unit and the service from Triangle RV and their staff made for a very comfortable and satisfying experience. We would like to thank Sylvia and her staff at Triangle RV for their continuing support of the Victoria Fish and Game Protective association and in particular the South Island Action Shooters, it is greatly appreciated!! Everything, from working with our salesman, Tom, to signing all the paperwork with Angie, to the in-depth mechanical and motor-home inspections and detailing done, to the full two hour instructional walk-through with John, was clear, transparent, friendly and professional. When we brought our unit home, we discovered a relatively small problem, which we were unable to fix ourselves. Shannon in the repairs division helped us get our unit into the shop as quickly as possible, and the problem was well taken care of. We were very impressed and grateful that Triangle RV took responsibility for the cost of this repair. We couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Triangle RV and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, professional dealership on Lower Vancouver Island.

Know enabled staff and reasonable prices

Recently bought a unit from this dealership. The salesman's name was Dave and was a very pleasant person to deal with. We had to return it to get a few things fixed. One item was a soft spot in the floor which the manufacturer neglected to put in support, my guess is that they forgot to put it in. Either way Triangle rv fixed it at their expense and that made my wife and I extremely happy. The technician's there are top notch. To all the staff we dealt with, thank you for the great customer service. Two Happy campers.
